Rates

Our rates are based on vehicle type, location, duration, and trip details. For your convenience, the final rate we provide includes gratuity, tolls, taxes, and any applicable fees. Parking charges may vary based on venue, and we clearly disclose those upfront — so you always receive a transparent, all-inclusive rate.
Parking fees may be applied depending on the venue or airport. Courtesy wait time is included with every reservation and additional wait time can be added for an additional charge if needed.
Yes. Gratuity is already included in the final rate you receive, along with taxes and tolls, to ensure simple and transparent pricing for our clients.

Sprinter van pricing varies based on duration and day of the week.

  • Weekday: 3-hour minimum
  • Weekend: 4-hour minimum


We also offer Sprinter van airport transfers at flat rates.

Yes — our rates are already structured to be competitive and fair, while still delivering a luxury, chauffeur-level experience. For this reason, we do offer the same competitive rates to all of our clients, corporate & retail.
Yes. You can receive an all-inclusive quote by phone, text, or online — with no surprise fees.
We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience. After confirming availability, we will promptly email you a reservation confirmation along with a secure payment link. You can complete your booking safely online with just a few clicks. Once payment is submitted, you will receive an electronic receipt and updated confirmation for your records.
For sedan/SUV reservations, cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to reservation with a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservations will receive a 50% refund. For Sprinter Van reservations, cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the reservat.

Yes. VOY Black Car of Charlotte offers group airport transportation to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
Your VOY chauffeur will monitor your flight in real time. Upon landing, he will connect with you via text with vehicle details, a professional photo, and your exact meeting location for a seamless pickup.

VOY Black Car Service of Charlotte operates 24/7 and is happy to accommodate early morning or late night airport transfers at CLT Airport, as well as regional airports and FBOs throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy designed to accommodate travel changes. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Sprinter Van reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund; cancellations within 72 hours receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is due to airline cancellation or weather-related conditions, a full refund will be applied.
At VOY Black Car Service of Charlotte, we actively monitor all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we automatically adjust your pickup time so your chauffeur is there when you land. You won’t need to update us, our flight tracking ensures seamless airport car service experience.
